PEAK Upload Finalists Announced

By | LATEST News | No Comments

The battle between the 3 Finalists to see who is crowned the PEAK Upload Artist of the year starts at 1:30pm on Sunday at The Man. Expect to discover great talent from these exciting, undiscovered artists!

Burralow is an indie folk outfit fronted by two hopeless-romantic songwriters who have penned and orchestrated a collection of stories from life on the road and living in the Blue Mountains. The band’s timbre teeters between traditional Folk and electric, with a sound inspired from artists such as Fleet Foxes to The Beatles. Their shows are dotted with instrument changes, striking melodies and beautiful harmonies. The group has just released their debut EP to critical acclaim.

Pearl The Girl

Like having an auditory coffee shot, Pearl the Girl is an energetic 5 piece with the enigmatic front woman, Pearl, at the steering wheel who will take you on a sassy ride through pugnacious relationships and one night romances.

Famous Will

Straight out the 60’s, Famous Will come packed with harmonies & happy songs to get you going. These long haired larrikins are Australian Folk Rock at its very best!

Planning to drive up to PEAK Festival?

NPWS and Perisher have advised overnight parking will be available at the top end of Smiggins carpark this weekend. All vehicles entering the Kosciuszko National Park must have valid park entry permit and if NOT 4WD, must carry snow chains. We also strongly advise to ensure you have added anti-freeze to avoid getting stuck after freezing overnight temperatures.

There’s a free Smiggins to Perisher bus shuttle departing regularly from the Bus Shelter opposite Smiggins Hotel (just next to the steel bridge walkway).
