The first snowfalls of the season provide a magical backdrop to cosy fireside performances, cool apres dance bands and intimate gigs with some of Australia’s best up and coming songwriters. In between soaking up the festival sounds, you can hit the slopes to catch the first tracks of the season or take a scenic chairlift ride on the Perisher Express.

For the more adventurous, there are stunning hikes in and around the resort (just check in with the National Parks Office to get the latest info on weather, access and guided walks in the area.).

For kids, there will be roaming artists throughout the festival, youth acts and of course, the very best winter playground – the Perisher snowfields. In keeping with our family friendly philosophy, kids under 15 attend the festival free.
