FESTIVAL TICKET TERMS

Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds simply because you changed your mind or make a wrong decision.

A full refund will be provided to the credit card used for purchase if the event is cancelled. This will happen within 7 days of the the cancellation notification. An email will be sent confirming the refund has been processed.

On-line ticket purchasers will receive an email with the ticket details. The purchaser will need to bring the credit card that was used to make the purchase (online or over the phone).

1. Passes are Not Refundable
Festival Passes can not be refunded after purchase.

2. You are responsible for your Pass
If you arrive without your pre-issued voucher, you will be refused entry or charged again at the current pass price. A refund for duplicate payments will only be considered if/when the original pass is returned along with proof of purchase. Such refund requests MUST be received before 31 May 2014.

3. Voucher Wristband Exchange
Your pre-issued voucher will be exchanged for an armband when you arrive at the Festival Ticket Office. This wristband becomes your pass into venues. If you are not wearing a wristband you will be refused entry to the site and be asked to leave.

4. Offensive Behaviour
The Festival has the right to refuse entry or evict patrons who behave in a manner that is inappropriate, offensive to others, or illegal.

5. Footwear and Clothing
It is suggested to bring appropriate clothing and footwear for snow, cold and wet conditions.

6. Sound and Video Recording
Sound and Video recording are not permitted without prior written consent of the Festival Chairperson.

7. Entry to the Festival and venues is at your own risk.

8. The Program
The Festival resumes the right to vary the advertised artists and/or program.

Please Note: The Festival will take place regardless of the weather. It is advisable to bring warm and waterproof clothing – it could be snowing!

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

• Festival wristband must be worn at all times. All children must also have an armband as well.
• Sound/Video recordings are not permitted without the prior written consent from the Festival Director.
• No pets allowed on the site or in the National Park.
